Ab dem 1. September wird in unserer 2er-WG ein Zimmer frei. Die Grundfläche beträgt etwa 16 qm, abzüglich einer Dachschräge an einer Seite. Das Zimmer ist zwar recht klein, der Rest der Wohnung aber recht großzügig geschnitten, mit großer Wohnküche, großem Bad, Stauraum im Flur. Die Miete beträgt mit Nebenkosten, Strom, Telefon (Flatrate ins dt. Festnetz + in 7 weitere europäische Länder) und DSL Flatrate 330 Euro.
Ruhige Lage im schönen Martinsviertel, 15 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, 2 min zur Bushaltestelle, 2 min zum Bürgerpark, 10 min zur TU Stadtmitte.
