Ich suche ein/e Zwischenmieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer im Martinsviertel.
In wenigen Minuten sind Rewe, Aldi zu erreichen. Auch 2 Bus(H)/Bahn(Linie 4,5,6,7,8) Haltestellen sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die TU ist in 5-10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen, und die h_da in 5 - 10 min zu Rad.
Die Wohnung hat eine komplett ausgestattete Küche( inkl. Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschinen, Mikrowelle, etc. ),
ein Bad mit Fenster und Dusche.
Des Weiteren leben dort 2 sehr nette, unkomplizierte Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14qm groß und Teilmöbliert: Schreibtisch, Schrank, Sofa, Regal.
