Die Wohnung ist ca 65qm groß und typischer Altbau mit hohen Decken und Holzfußboden. Es gibt eine Küche mit Waschmaschine und ein Bad mit kleiner Badewanne und Spülmaschine. Zum Mini-Garten (inklusive Hinterhofkatzen) raus liegt das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon.
Es wird ein Zimmer frei, da mein Mitbewohner für 6 Monate ins Praktikum geht. Im Zimmer sind ein Hochbett, ein Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal und Sessel. Einzelne Sachen kann man auch problemlos in den Keller auslagern.
Nach Bedarf ist das Zimmer auch ab dem 15.4 frei.
Ich bin 25 und studiere im Master. Ich freue mich auf eine nette Zwischenmiete für meinen jetzigen Mitbewohner :)
