Hallo Wohnungssuchende,
ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in in einer Zweier-WG in Darmstadt ab dem 01.01.2014.
Das Zimmer ist 13 qm groß und kostet warm 300 €. Die gesamte Wohnung ist 60 qm groß und wurde vor einem Jahr renoviert (neues Bad, neue Küche und neuer Boden). Die Küche ist geräumig und verfügt über einen Balkon. Zu der Wohnung gehören ein Kellerraum und ein Verschlag auf dem Dachboden - Der Dachboden kann auch zum trocknen der Wäsche verwendet werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, die Schlafzimmerfenster liegen aber an der Hofseite, Fußweg zur Innenstadt: 10 Minuten.
Zu mir: Ich bin 30 Jahre alt, beruftstätig und recht unkompliziert. In meiner Freizeit treibe ich u.a. gerne Sport (Joggen, Mountainbike-fahren) oder bastele mit Holz.
Wenn du interesse an einer WG hast, in der auch mal zusammen gekocht oder zusammen ein Bier getrunken wird, dann melde dich mit ein paar Sätzen zu dir.
