Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und geht in einen schönen grünen Hof. Ein Tisch, ein Regal und ein Bett (160 cm) stehen drin. Das Zimmer hat einen Alkoven (eine Nische), in den das Bett gut hineinpasst. Der Fußboden ist aus lackierter Spanplatte, mit angenehmem Holzton.
Das Haus mit netter Hausgemeinschaft liegt im schönen Martinsviertel. Mathilden- und Rosenhöhe sowie TU sind nicht weit. Schöne Cafes, Bäcker, Restaurants gibt es in der Nachbarschaft, zum H-Bus und F-Bus sind es 300 Meter. Mit dem Fahrrad fährt man zu REWE und ALDI fünf Minuten. Die Wohnung hat Badewanne und Dusche und einen Balkon (dort kann geraucht werden). Dein Fahrrad kannst Du im Vorgarten anschließen.
Nebenkosten wie Strom, Gas, Heizung sowie WLAN-Nutzung sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
In dem Zimmer hat meine Tochter gewohnt, seit ihrem Auszug lebe ich alleine in der Wohnung und hatte seither mehrere Mieter auf Zeit. Ich bin 59 Jahre alt und freiberuflich tätig. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Ich selbst bezeichne mich als freundlich, umgänglich und unkompliziert.
Mietdauer ist flexibel, bis Ende des Jahres oder auch länger.
