In das Zimmer passt alles was man als Student braucht. Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch ...... Das Zimmer ist hell.
Zudem ist es sich nicht besonders laut. Man kann also ruhig schlafen.
Die Lage ist optimal für Studenten. Die TU-Stadmitte/ Ulb ist in 8 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem gibt es einen Rewe der zu Fuß in 2 min zu erreichen ist. Ansonsten gibt es direkt vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle, mit der man in 3 min am Luisenplatz ist.
Deine Zukünftige Bewohnerin heißt Rina (27) und ist Lehramtsstudenten. Rina ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wünscht sich eine Mitbewohnerin mit der man gelegentlich quatschen kann. Man muss aber nicht zwingend was unternehmen.
Die Küche ist relativ groß und bietet Platz fürs gemeinsame Kochen usw.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbeliert vermietet.
Falls Interesse besteht kann ich meinen Ikea Schreibtisch für 25€ da lassen.
