Dein WG-Zimmer ist unmöbliert und hat Laminatboden. Das Bett (1,40m breit, siehe Foto) kann von der Vormieterin übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung hat noch folgende weitere Zimmer:
- Küche (voll ausgestattet für 2 Personen)
- gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer (19m², schon möbliert, du kannst gerne Sachen in den Schränken verstauen, und es gibt auch noch Platz für Möbel von dir, falls du welche mitbringst. Das eine Sofa lässt sich ausziehen als Schlafcouch für Gäste.)
- geräumiges Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und Eckbadewanne
- Flur mit Garderobe und Schuhregal
- Balkon mit Tisch und vier Stühlen
(- und natürlich mein WG-Zimmer)
Zur Wohnung gehört weiterhin ein Kellerraum mit viel Stauraum und Regalen. Außerdem gibt es einen Garten zur Mitbenutzung, sowie einen Raum zum Wäschetrocknen und einen Fahrradkeller.

Your room comes without furniture, though you can buy the bed (1,40m wide, see photo) from the previous tenant.

- shared living room (19 m², with furniture but also still space if you bring some furniture, and there's space in the cupboards for your stuff. One sofa can be pulled out to use as a sleeping sofa for guests.)

We also have a storage room in the basement with a lot of space and shelves. Moreover, there are a garden, a bike room and a room for drying laundry that are used by everyone in the house.
Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zum Löwentor am Park Rosenhöhe. Der Park und die nahegelegene Mathildenhöhe bieten eine schöne Umgebung zum spazieren gehen, und man ist sehr schnell draußen im Grünen. Auf der anderen Seite ist auch die Innenstadt fußläufig oder mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen.
Bus und Bahn sind zu Fuß weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt, durch den Ostbahnhof gibt es auch eine gute Anbindung Richtung Frankfurt. Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße, für die man einen Anwohnerparkausweis benötigt.

The flat is close to Löwentor at the park Rosenhöhe. With the park and also Mathildenhöhe nearby, it's a nice area to go for a walk and it doesn't take long to get to the countryside. On the other hand, the city center is also in walking or cycling distance.
There is a bus stop less than 5 Minutes away and also the train station Ostbahnhof, which offers a good connection to Frankfurt. There are good opportunities for parking next to the street. You have to get a resident parking permit to park there.
Meine Schwester, mit der ich bisher hier zusammen wohne, zieht im Januar aus Darmstadt weg. Deshalb suche ich eine*n neue Mitbewohner*in.
Ich arbeite an der TU Darmstadt als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne bouldern oder spazieren, koche, lese oder spiele Brettspiele. Ich freue mich, wenn wir ab und zu auch gemeinsam kochen, spielen oder einfach rumsitzen und quatschen. Ist aber natürlich kein Muss, und manchmal habe ich auch selber gerne meine Ruhe.
Es wohnen nette Nachbar*innen im Haus, im Sommer grillen wir manchmal zusammen im Garten.

I live together with my sister, but she's moving away from Darmstadt in January, so I'm looking for a new flatmate.
I'm doing my PhD at TU Darmstadt. In my free time I like to go bouldering or go for walks, cook, read and play board games. It would be nice if we sometimes cook together, play games, or just hang out and talk. But that's of course not a must, and sometimes I also prefer to keep to myself.
We have nice neighbours, and in summer we sometimes have barbecues with them in the garden.
Für Heizung und Warmwasser hat die Wohnung eine Therme mit Gasanschluss. Wir beziehen das Gas vom Ökoanbieter naturstrom und Strom vom Ökoanbieter Fair Trade Power.
Die sonstigen Kosten von ca. 140€ pro Person setzen sich zusammen aus 77€ für Gas, 43€ für Strom, 11€ für Internet (100 MBit/s Kabelanschluss, Festnetztelefonflatrate), 9€ Rundfunkgebühr.

For heating and warm water there's a boiler in the flat that uses gas. We get our gas from "naturstrom" and electricity from "Fair Trade Power" (both green providers).
You'll have to pay 77€ for gas, 43€ for electricity, 11€ for internet (100 MBit/s connection) and 9€ "Rundfunkgebühr" (in total that's 140€).
