Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter/Nachmieterin für mein 21qm großes WG-Zimmer in Hügelstraße 71.
Die Maisonette-Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und besitzt ingesamt 90qm (2 Bäder). Das Zimmer ist mit dunklem Laminat belegt und hat eine große Fensterfront zur Südseite + extra Balkon.
Die Lage ist ideal - zu Fuss sind es 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt und jeweils 5-10 Minuten zu den Haltestellen Luisenplatz und Rhein-Neckar-Straße.
Meine Mitbewohner Juri und Manuel sind unkompliziert + hilfsbereit und studieren Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und Geowissenschaften an der TU Darmstadt. Es ist keine reine Zweck-WG aber trotzdem ungezwungen.
Wenn du WG-Erfahrung hast, kein Ersti und auch einigermaßen sauber bist, dann melde dich mit ein paar Zeilen über dich und was du machst! :)
