Ground floor with a lot of Light. It comes furnished with a bed and dresser and desk. The bathroom has a tub and fenced Garden with a fire pit. Basement has room for bikes.
It’s a quiet neighborhood with a tiny local market on the corner and fresh bio eggs. Perfect to escape the chaos of the city. The bus 🚌 is just 1 minute by foot and then 28 minutes into darmstadt by bus/30 minutes to Mühltal Trainstation (direct connections to Frankfurt hbf) .
The kitchen/bathroom are common areas. We encourage the use of eco-friendly cleaning agents including laundry soap and try to have a scent neutral environment. 🌱
We like 🚵♀️ mountain biking, playing guitar, hiking, swimming 🏊♀️ and gathering around the fire pit in the Garten for a drink, but also enjoy quiet times for studying.
