Das Zimmer ist leider nicht gerade groß ca. 6m², aber villt. bentötigt ja jemand von euch nicht so viel Platzt ;-). Dafür haben wir eine große Küche und ein Wohnzimmer.
In den Gesamt Kosten ist alles schon mitdrin, GEZ, Internet, Strom usw.
Das Bett (siehe Foto) kan gerne abgekauft werden. Die Matratze ist 8 Monate alt.
Wenn ihr fragen habt, dürft ihr sie mir gerne stellen ;-)
Das Haus liegt in Mühltal Waschenbach.
Im Haus wohnt nur noch eine weitere Familie.
Man hat eine gute Anbindung nach Darmstadt mit den Bus.
Man kann aber auch gut nach Niederramstadt mit den Rad fahren und von dort aus nach Darmstadt rein.
Parkmöglichkeiten hat man hier viele, man läuft nie länger als 1-2 Minuten zum Haus ^^.
Hallo erstmal ^^
ich bin der André bin 24 Jahre alt. Bin Berufstätig (Biologielaborant).
Abends kann man gerne was zusammen unternehmen, aber ich habe auch nichts dagegen wenn man seine ruhe braucht ;-). Habe zwei Schildkröten, die sich im Garten rumtreiben. Den Garten dürfen wir gerne mitbenutzen, häufiger Grille ich auch mal wenn das Wetter es her gibt ;-).
Die Wohnung ist fast voll Möbliert, es fehlt nur ein Badezimmer schrank, habe aber noch nicht den passenden gefunden und dein Zimmer steht fast leer^^.
