ich biete mein WG-Zimmer im Wohnheim Rest des Studierendenwerks Darmstadt ab sofort zur Untermiete an.
Die Miete beinhaltet bereits alle Nebenkosten.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank. Dazu gehört ein Flur mit Küchenzeile sowie ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche und ein großer Balkon an der Innenseite des Gebäudes. Die Küchenzeile verfügt über eine Spüle und vier Herdplatten und einen Kühlschrank.
Im Keller des Wohnheims gibt es einen Fahrradkeller, ein Kellerabteil für die WG und einen Raum mit mehreren Waschmaschinen und Trocknern.
Das Wohnheim liegt sehr zentral im Verlegerviertel in Darmstadt. Die Hochschule Darmstadt ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Eschollbrücker Straße erreicht man ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Den Luisenplatz kann man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.
Einkaufen kann man am besten an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Landskronstraße (2 Haltestellen entfernt), wo es Rewe, Edeka, DM und Alnatura gibt.
Den Luisenplatz kann man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder in ca. 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn erreichen. Dort befindet sich die Innenstadt mit Fußgängerzone und vielen Shopping Möglichkeiten.
Du lebst mit dem 23-jährigen Rahul zusammen. Er macht seinen Master an der TU Darmstadt.
Das WG-Leben mit Rahul ist entspannt. Er ist tagsüber häufig lange in der Uni, bzw. nicht zu Hause. Abends kann man oft gemeinsam mit ihm kochen und sich unterhalten.
Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind möglich aber kein Muss, wenn du lieber Zeit für dich haben möchtest.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe. It also includes a hallway with a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a large balcony on the inner side of the building. The kitchen has a sink, four hotplates and a refrigerator.
In the basement of the dormitory, there is a bicycle storage room, a storage compartment for the shared apartment, and a room with several washing machines and dryers.
Location
The dormitory is very centrally located in the Verlegerviertel in Darmstadt. Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The tram stop Eschollbrücker Straße is also a 5-minute walk away. The Luisenplatz can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
The best shopping options are at the tram stop Landskronstraße (2 stops away), where there are Rewe, Edeka, DM and Alnatura.
