Das Zimmer ist 9qm groß und hat bei 3,60m Deckenhöhe natürlich ein Hochbett, welches vom Vormieter übernommen werden muss.
Man hat also 9qm plus Bett.
Das Fenster geht in den Hof Richtung Norden.
Ruhig gelegen, mit dem F-Bus in 13min Campus Stadtmitte. Außerdem gibts es viele Parkmöglichkeiten, sowie verschiedene Grillplätze im Hof. In der nächsten Nachbarschaft wohnen viele Studenten zu denen wir ein Freundschaftliches Verhältnis pflegen, was auch die Integration von Zuziehenden erleichtert.
Wir sind keine ZweckWG sondern an einem freundschaftlichem Miteinander interessiert.
Du solltest eine Schwäche für gerilltes Fleisch haben, sowie Sheldon kennen.
Natürlich kannst du zu jeder Zeit deine Ruhe haben. Wir hängen nicht 24/7 auf einander. Es besteht auch kein Gruppenzwang sich an Aktivitäten zu beteiligen oder nicht.
Wir sind ein Chemie Student kurz vor dem Bachelor sowie ein e-Technikstudent der h-da.
