Ich suche einen Menschen der gesellschaftlich eingegliedert ist, doch genauso verrückt und offen sein Leben lebt, wie ich. Mir ist nur wichtig das die Person sauber ist und Rücksicht nimmt, was die Lautstärke unter der Woche angeht.
Ich selbst bin als Untermieter eingezogen und suche Dich, da der Hauptmieter einfach die Biege gemacht hat.
Die Wohnung ist nicht gerade in einen perfekten Zustand, doch zusammen können wir viel draus machen und ich würde es begrüßen, wenn du länger hier mit mir chillen würdest.
Keine Kaution dafür halt selbst Renovieren....
