Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer Küche und ein Bad. Jeder hat ein Zimmer und es gibt ein grosses gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat Zugang zu einem Wintergarten. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Jugendstilbad also wirklich Zentral gelegen. Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist ein sehr ruhiger, umgänglicher und ordentlicher junger Mann der selten Besuch empfängt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk und man hat Zugang zu einem Kellerraum und einem Dachboden. Die Wohnung hat eine Badewanne und leider Elektroheizung. Das heisst das die Stromkosten etwas höher sind. Aber alles in allem also mit Internet und Strom habe ich immer unter 500 Euro bezahlt. Ich muss leider zum 1.2.21 ausziehen weil ich ins Ausland gehe. Ach und es gibt keine Hausordnung das heisst das Treppenhaus usw wird geputzt!
