Ich biete eine schöne und geschmackvolle Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Es handelt sich um ein großes, helles Zimmer mit Balkon. Im Sommer schaut man direkt auf grüne Baumkronen. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert mit Regal, Kommode, TV. Statt des Sofas wird ein 1,40 m Bett zur Verfügung stehen. Dieses ist aktuell noch nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen.
Die Küche ist sehr gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Esstisch und alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt.
Das Tageslichtbad ist saniert und besitzt eine große Badewanne. Im Flur lassen sich Schuhe und Jacken unterbringen.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr geflegt und sauber. Sie ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Deshalb suche ich eine/n Zwischenmieter/in, die sorgsam und wertschätzend damit umgeht.
Ich selbst bin beruflich viel unterwegs und werde deshalb ca. nur alle drei Wochen für einige Tage da sein und das zweite Zimmer nutzen.

Im schönen Woogsviertel. Nähe Woog, TU Lichtwiese und Ostbahnhof mit direktem Anschluss nach Frankfurt.
Zur Innenstadt läuft man 15 min. ÖPNV ist 2 min entfernt.
Ich selbst bin beruflich viel unterwegs und werde deshalb ca. nur alle drei Wochen für einige Tage da sein und das zweite Zimmer nutzen.
Gegebenfalls kann die Wohnung nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter später komplett übernommn werden.
