ab dem 1. April wird ein super, geräumiges WG-Zimmer, in einer 85 qm Wohnung, zentral gelegen, am Luisenplatz, frei.
Die Zimmer ist ca. 23 qm und 12 qm gross, hat eine große, helle Fensterfront aus drei Fenstern und super viel Platz.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ca. 85 qm groß, hat eine voll ausgestattete und geräumige Küche
(Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle) großen Flur und ein klasse großes Bad mit Waschmascine. (Bilder)
Das Beste an der ganzen Wohnung ist die Lage. Man gelangt super schnell in alle möglichen Geschäfte und zu allen Bussen und Bahnen, da man mitten in der Stadt ist.
Im Sommer kann man auf unserem Balkon grillen und in der Sonne faulenzen ;)
Wer auf der Suche nach einer lockeren, netten WG ist, die auch ab und an mal ungezwungen zusammensitzt und plauscht ist genau richtig.
