€150-300(incl. utilities), Male Student, 21, searches flatshare near TU Lichtwiese for July 2017. Furnished, kitchen needed.

Hallo,

I am Vaibhav Tipnis, a 21 year old engineering student from India. I will be working as a student intern at TUD on a DAAD scholarship.
I am looking for a flatshare in Darmstadt for the month of July-2017, ideally near TU Darmstadt Lichtwiese campus or having good transport connectivity to TUD. I can afford to pay maximum of around €350(incl. utilities and electricity) through my scholarship stipend.

Move in date: Preferably 11-July (Flexible, as per availability of the room offer).
Move out date: 27-July (not flexible).

A kitchen is must for me, so that I can cook my dinner. I am a meat-eater who likes to eat all kinds of foods. Ideally I want a furnished room with bed, mattress, small desk, chair, etc; because it's not convenient/affordable for me to buy all these things for such short duration. I am okay with sharing a flat with male or female students.

About myself. I am a nice, simple, and friendly guy. During the daytime I will mostly be at the university lab. Rest of the time I would like to socialize with flatmates or friends, or do some exercise/sports, explore the city, or use my laptop for entertainment. I like to keep my room space very clean, and tidy. I have been living in a student hostel for last 3 years and so I have good enough experience of sharing an accommodation. I let people be at their peace if they don't like being disturbed, and I expect the same from them.
