Ich suche von Juni bis September eine/n Zwischenmieter/-in für mein schönes und helles WG-Zimmer in Delitzsch in der Nähe vom Schlosspark.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und beinhaltet einen kleinen abgegrenzten Bereich, der als Schlafnische oder Ankleideraum genutzt werden kann.

Du Wohnung ist gut gelegen, auch für Pendler. Du hast im Umkreis viele verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (von Kaufland, über Rewe, bis hin zu DM und Pfennigpfeifer) und von der S-Bahn Haltestelle einen 20-minütigen Weg zum Leipziger Hauptbahnhof.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 68 qm groß und besteht aus 2 Zimmern. Das 2. Zimmer wird von meiner Mitbewohnerin (20) genutzt.
Sie macht gerade eine Ausbildung an der Theaterakademie in Delitzsch.

In der Wohnung ist bereits eine Küche und Waschmaschine vorhanden, die mit übernommen werden kann.
Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung ebenfalls mit einem geräumigen Balkon, einem Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster und einem Abstellraum, der auch als Wäscheraum genutzt wird.
