Es ist ein schönes, helles Zimmer mit ca 20 - 24qm in einer geräumigen 2er WG in Dortmund.
Das Zimmer ist im 3.OG. Die WG ist super ausgestattet, zB Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Küche usw.
Mit riesigem Wohnzimmer und Essbereich.
Ggf. Kann das Zimmer möbliert übernommen werden.
In der Miete inkludiert sind alle laufenden Kosten inkl. schnellem Telekominternet (100mBits)
Die Bushaltestelle Klönnestr. ist direkt vor der Haustür und ist direkt mit dem Dortmund Hbf verbunden. Zur Bahnhaltestelle Funkenburg läuft man auch nur 5 Minuten.
Das beliebte Kaiserviertel ist auch fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar
Ich bin ein sehr toleranter und entspannter Mensch und lege Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander. Ich bin zwar sehr häufig auch außerhalb Dortmunds, aber wenn ich da bin lege ich Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Dann wäre es natürlich auch schön, wenn man mal gemeinsam was unternimmt oder sich einfach cool miteinander unterhalten kann.
Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Balkon mit Ostausrichtung und das große Wohnzimmer ist gerade nachmittags super schön hell dank vieler Fenster und Westausrichtung.
Der Dachboden kann mitgenutzt werden.
