bei uns wird zum 1.8 (gerne auch früher) ein 16 m2 Zimmer in einer 4er-WG frei. Die Miete beträgt 260 Euro warm. Die Wohnung selbst ist ca. 100 m2 groß, mit einer geräumigen Wohnküche, die oft und gerne von uns allen genutzt wird. Wir suchen einen offenen und aufgeschlossenen Menschen, der Lust auf das WG-Leben mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen hat.

we have a free room available in our four bedroom-apartment. The apartment is 100 m2, your room measures 16 m2. The room is available immediately. The rent is 260 Euros all inclusive.
Zur Lage: Die WG befindet sich im Kreuzviertel an der Möllerbrücke, 3 min Fußweg zu U- und S-Bahn, 5 min zu Kiosk und Supermarkt, 5 min um in diverse Kneipen rein und spät wieder nach Hause zu torkeln.
The apartment is within 3 minutes walk to the underground and suburban train (S-Bahn) and within 5 min walk to the supermarket. The apartment is located in the Kreuzviertel, a popular quarter for students and young professionals with lots of pubs and cafés around the corner.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain und von der Küche aus kommt man in den Hinterhof. Die WG besteht bis jetzt aus Flo (33, Lehrer) , Benni (27, Referendar), und mir, Anna (32, macht was mit Medien). Wie du siehst sind wir alle nicht mehr die jüngsten Hüpfer und machen auch nicht mehr jeden Abend Party bis in die Nacht. Wir wünschen uns deswegen jemand älteren (ab 24 aufwärts), gerne auch im Arbeitsleben stehend.
You would be living with three other people: Flo (33, teacher) , Benni (27, trainee teacher), and Anna (32, working for a media consulting company). As you can see, we are not the youngest anymore, that’s why we prefer someone who is working as well (24 and older would be great).
Freunde des Ballsports hätten in dieser WG noch einen Vorteil: Wir haben einen Sky-Anschluss und gucken alle drei gerne und ausgiebig Fußball. Dortmunder und Kölner werden bevorzugt behandelt ☺
