Hallo :)
Ungefähr mitte August wird ein Zimmer in unserer wg frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß, super geschnitten, sehr hell und hat einen hervorragenden Ausblick zum Garten.
Rauchen ist im eigenen Zimmer erlaubt.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 100qm und dazu noch einen für uns eigenen Dachboden, der nochmal ca. 60qm hat.
Es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, was wir auch gemeinsam nutzen. Einiges an Möbel kann übernommen werden muss aber nicht.
Die Wohnung ist im Kaiserviertel,liegt sehr zentral zur Innenstadt. Zu Fuß bist du in 10min.in der Innenstadt, mit der Bahn (die fast vor der Haustür ist) in 2min. HBF zu fuß in 20min.,mit Bahn 7min.
Das Haus besteht fast nur aus WG`s. Ganz toll .. Da nicht immer eine Party ansteht ist es trotzdem ruhig und angenehm.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es hier genug. Kiosk,Supermarkt, Tankstelle.. alles um die Ecke.
Zu uns:
Sven, 22, bald bei der Bundespolizei. Olga, 25, Grafik-Design Studentin. Und Muff, Alter unbekannt, Kanickel.
