Gemütliche Nordstadt-WG

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich super Zentral gelegen. Für den ÖNV habt ihr die Auswahl zwischen den Ubahnhaltestellen Münsterstr. (ca. 2-3min) oder Schützenstr. (ca. 3-4min) oder aber ihr spaziert ganz gelassen zum HBF-Dortmund in 10-15 min (ich habs auch mal recht hektisch in 7 geschafft ;)).

Zum Einkaufen könnte es auch nicht viel besser laufen. Gleich ums Eck gibts einen Bäcker. Ca. 2-3min entfernt einen Lidl, Rossmann, Aldi, Rewe und dazu auch noch Arabische/Türkische Läden wie bspw. Arena. Ein Netto und ein Penny sind auch nicht nennenswert weiter gelegen nur in andere Richtungen verteilt.

Zur Naherholung gibt es ca. 15-20min entfernt den wundervollen Fredenbaumparkt. Ein fantastischer Ort für jegwelche Joggingfreuden, zum Picknicken oder am Kanal entspannen, es ist echt die grüne Lunge der Nordstadt und jeden Besuch wert :D

The apartment is really super centrally located. For public transport you have the choice between the subway stops Münsterstr. (about 2-3min) or Schützenstr. (about 3-4min) or but you walk quite calmly to the HBF-Dortmund in 10-15 min (I've also managed quite hectic in 7 ;)).

For shopping it could not be much better. Just around the corner there is a bakery. About 2-3min away a Lidl, Rossmann, Aldi, Rewe and also Arab/Turkish stores such as Arena. A Netto and a Penny are also not significantly further located you only have to go in other directions.

For a little bit of Nature there is the wonderful Fredenbaumpark about 15-20min away. A fantastic place for any jogging, picnicking adventures or relaxing by the canal, it is really the green lung of the Nordstadt and worth every visit :D

Vor meinem Einzug hier in die Bude, habe ich schon 6 Jahre WG-Erfahrung hinter mir. Von chaotisch-verrückt-familiären Künstler:innen Buden hin zu ehr Zweck-WG mäßigen zusammenleben. Auch durch langjähriges Reisen via. Trampen, Couchsurfen oder Workaway habe ich viel mit Menschen zusammen sein dürfen und würde mich als recht offenen und interessierten Menschen beschreiben.
Was ich mir aus unserem WG Leben wünschen würde ist eine Gemeinschaftlichkeit. Ich stelle mir darunter eine gewisse Offenheit vor, ich bin keine Freundin vom dem geschlossene Türen Prinzip als Grundzustand in der WG. Ich fänds voll schön, wenn wir auch gegenseitig in unseren Zimmer abhängen, ob es nun zum gemeinsamen Kartenspielen, Musizieren, Basteln, Lernen/Produktiv-sein oder gemeinsam für sich sein ist. Gleichzeitig finde ich es sehr wichtig auch eigene Bedürfnisse ernst zu nehmen und einen Raum zu schaffen in dem es für alle möglich ist diese auch zu äußern. Also wenn dann mal ne Zeit kommt in der Mensch gerade für sich sein möchte, das auch geteilt werden kann.
Auch fänd ich es sehr schön, wenn so als Grundprinzip besteht Hausarbeit teilen zu wollen. Damit meine ich, wenn ich koche es für mich selbstverständlich ist, dass ich für dich mitkochen und wenn ich gerade abspüle, ich auch dein Zeug mitabspüle. Was mich in vergangenen WG-Konstellationen irgendwann gestresst hat, ist dieses individuelle nebeneinander her leben und dabei auch nur das tun, was gerade einen selbst angeht. Ich fänds voll schön, wenn wir uns als WG gemeinschaftlich angehen und uns auch in dem Sinne unterstützen. Und außerdem ist gemeinsam Essen doch auch wirklich das allerschönste was es gibt, oder? :D
Aber wie genau unsere Vorstellungen da sind, können wir ja dann am besten in nem Gespräch klären – es wird ja schließlich eine komplett neue WG Konstellation sein, dh am wichtigsten ist mir, dass wir gemeinsam klären wie wir zusammen leben wollen.

Was so den WG-Haushalt angeht würde ich mich wohl als eher Richtung entspannt beschreiben (wie vlt von den Bildern auch ein wenig ersichtlich wird -> gemütliche Desorganisation ;) ). Ein gewisses Maß an Ordentlichkeit is mir schon wichtig, aber wie dieses Maß so aussieht (das zeigt die gute WG-Erfahrung) wird ja auch sehr individuell ausgelegt. Daher ist mir dabei eigentlich am allerwichtigsten, dass eine gute Kommunikation möglich ist und wir miteinander reden/es ansprechen falls sich jemand nicht wohl fühlt etc.etc.

Prior to my experience here in the apartment here, I have lived in various shared apartments for the past 6 years. What I would like to see in our shared apartment life is a sense of community. I imagine a certain openness, I am not a friend of the closed doors principle as a basic condition in the WG. I would love it if we could hang out in each other's rooms, whether it's to play cards together, make music, do handicrafts, learn/be productive, or just be by ourselves. At the same time, I find it very important to take your own needs seriously and to create a space in which it is possible for everyone to express themselfs. So if there are times in which people just want to be for themselves, that should also be possible to be shared.
I would also like it very much if the basic principle is to share housework. What i mean with this is, if I cook it is natural for me that I cook for you too and if Im just washing the dishes, I also wash up your stuff. What has stressed me in past WG constellations at some point, is this individual live side by side and only doing what concerns oneself. I think it would be great if we as a shared household approached things together and supported each other. And besides, eating together is really the most beautiful thing there is, right? :D
But how exactly our ideas are regarding living together, we can best clarify when we talk - in the end it will be a completely new WG constellation, so most important to me is, that we clarify together how we want to live together.

As far as the WG household is concerned, I would probably describe myself in a rather relaxed direction (as you can maybe tell from the pictures -> cozy disorganization ;) ). A certain degree of neatness is important to me, but how this neatness looks (this shows my WG experience) is often interpreted very individually. Therefore, it is actually most important to me that a good communication is possible and we talk to each other / address it if someone does not feel comfortable etc.etc..

Zu mir
Ich bin gerade in den letzten Zügen meines BA-Studiums der Sozialen Arbeit. Gerade schreibe ich meine Bachelorarbeit und ab September bis Februar werde ich ein Praktikum in Quartiersmanagement Dortmund Nordstadt ablegen. Ich befinde mich also so ein bisschen in einer Zeit des Umbruchs und finde das aber auch sehr spannend. Nach Dortmund bin ich letzten Oktober gezogen und habe mich Winter- und Coronabedingt ziemlich eingeheimselt, sodass ich Dortmund erst so in dem letzten Monat richtig beginne kennen zu lernen. Dafür sprühe ich jetzt mit um so viel mehr Motivation und bin richtig begeistert wie die Stadt sich mir präsentiert. Als Person würde ich mich als sehr aufgeschlossen und interessiert beschreiben. Meine liebste Tätigkeit ist mich mit Menschen irgendwohin zu pflanzen und in den Tag hinein zu philosophieren und diskutieren. Wenn es nicht gerade das ist, lese ich auch gerne, hüpfe hin und wieder auf der Slackline umher, versuche gerade mein Talent im Tischtennis, bin eine begeisterte Kartenspielerin (am liebsten Shithead oder Durak), Koche, Tanze, Bastel, Radl, …… und lasse mich super gerne auf neue Erfahrungen ein 

About myself
I am currently in the final stages of my BA studies in social work. I'm currently writing my bachelor's thesis and from September to February I'll be doing an internship in Quartiersmanagement Dortmund Nordstadt. So I'm in a bit of a time of upheaval, but I also find it very exciting. I moved to Dortmund last October and due to winter and Corona, I've only really started to get to know Dortmund in the last month. But I am now spraying with so much more motivation and am really excited about how the city presents itself to me. As a person I would describe myself as very open-minded and interested. My favorite activity is to plant myself somewhere with people and to philosophize and discuss into the day. When it's not just that I also like to read, bounce around on the slackline every now and then, am currently trying my talent at table tennis, am an avid card player (preferably Shithead or Durak), cook, dance, bike, ...... and am super into getting involved with new experiences.
