Require a Shared room (WG) in Dortmund

Hello! I am Abhijit Dey, Indian, male, aged 23. I am friendly, peace loving and a non-smoker. I have an admission letter from TU Dortmund for WS 2022/23, and thus would like to move-in on 22-23rd September, 2022. However, I am ready to pay the full rent for the month of September. The area of the room must be equal to or more than 12 sq. m. It must be full furnished, or atleast a bed (with mattress), a desk and a wardrobe. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. The rent must not be more than 350 euro per month and should include everything like heating, internet etc. Locations near TU Dortmund is preferred, but not mandatory. I like to keep things organized, and in case of interim rent, you can be assured that everything will be as it is. The sublet must be till atleast March 2023. Online viewing is preferred.
