Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht groß, dich es ist alles drin, was man braucht (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Lampe, Regal). Es ist hell und blickt, wie du auch auf den Fotos sehen kannst auf zwei Bäume, die im Juni, wenn du hier wohnst, die Häuser dahinter verdecken werden.
Du teilst dir ein Bad mit deiner Zimmernachbarin, die wunderbar unkompliziert, ordentlich und auch noch dermaßen leise ist, dass man manchmal vergisst, dass sie da ist.
Das Zimmer hat Teppichboden, aber einen sehr pflegeleichten, den man nicht drei mal die Woche staubsaugen muss.
Das Zimmer wird bis auf die angeführten Möbel komplett leer übergeben. Mein ganzes Zeug ist dir also nicht im Weg.
The room isn`t big but there is everything you need, including a bed, a cupboard and a desk.
You share a bathroom with another girl and a big kitchen with the 7 students.
Die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Ich kenne ehrlichcgesagt niemanden, der zentraler wohnt. Du wohnst hier zu Fuß keine 10 min. vom Hauptbahnhof, 5 min. in das Altstadtzentrum mit Frauenkirche und Semperoper und direkt vor deiner Tür fahren permanent Bahnen, die dich in 5 min. zum Uni-Campus oder in 15 min. in die Neustadt bringen, wo nicht nur am Wochenende das Studentenleben blüht.
The location is really excellent. Just take a look on google-maps and you will see, that you need just 5 min. to walk to the main station (Hauptbahnhof). From there you can reach any important place in Dresden in less than 20 min..
Es handelt sich hier um eine Wohnheims-Wg. Wir sind eine bunte Mischung aus TU, HTW und Erasmusstudenten und verstehen uns sehr gut. Ich bin mir sicher, dass meine Mitbewohner dich auch mit offenen Armen empfangen. In der großen Gemeinschaftsküche mit Balkon trifft man zu den Essenszeiten fast immer jemanden, der oder die sich gerne mit einem unterhält.
Mit Küche und Flur putzen ist jeder eine Woche dran. Wenn du etwas Glück hast geht es also ganz an dir vorüber. Ansonsten ist das aber auch nicht so viel Arbeit.
