Dear WG-Seekers,
Since my current flatmate moves into her own apartment, I am looking for a new flatmate. The room is 16sqm, square cut, has two large windows towards the inner courtyard. The apartment has a living room, bathroom with bathtub, a bright kitchen with dishwasher, the kitchen is fully equipped, so you can move in straight away!
The additional costs are included in the 390€. You only pay 390€ for the apartment (water, heating, electricity, internet is all included!)
Our apartment is on the 6th floor and is relatively quiet. From here you can reach the tram stop Pirnaischerplatz in 3 to 6 minutes or the Postplatz one in 8 minutes. From here you can reach the whole of Dresden. For shopping there is a Lidl (400 m) or a Rewe in 600 m walk and numerous shops in the Altmarkt gallery (300 m). Nowhere in Dresden are there more shopping opportunities than on Prager Strasse with the Altmarkt-Galerie, Centrumsgalerie and many other shops. All within a 10 - 15 min walk.
The main train station can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes or in 3 minutes by tram.
Your new flatmate is Marvin, who has already completed his PhD in Electrical Engineering.
The flat share has been very international for years. People from Honduras, Hong Kong, India, Ukraine, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Russia, Spain, Portugal and Germany have lived in this apartment so far.
As with almost every flat share, the linchpin is the kitchen. Everyone cooks for themselves. But often too much is cooked and ultimately shared.
