Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß und liegt direkt im 4. OG. Es hat hohe Decken mit Stuck und ist daher auch sehr hell. Es wurde kürzlich weiß gestrichen worden.
Es ist voll möbliert (Bett mit Matratze, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Schrank, großes Regal, Kommode, kleines Regal). Die Möbel sind weiß und in einem guten bis sehr guten Zustand (ca. 2 Jahre alt) und unbedingt an den Nachmieter zu übergeben (Preis Verhandlungsbasis).
Aus dem Fenster sieht man sogar die Zwingerspitze.
Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zur Haltestelle Bahnhof Mitte. Aus der Wohnung läuft man bis dorthin circa 5 Minuten maximal. Man hat dort Anschluss an die Linien 6, 10, 1, 2, 94, S- und Regionalbahnen.
Man ist also schnell in der Neustadt, im Zentrum und auch fix in der Uni (ca. 15 Minuten).
In der WG erwarten dich Susann (20), Chemiestudentin, und Anna (19), Werkstoffwissenschaftsstudentin. Beide im ersten Semester. Gerne sitzen wir abends nochmal zusammen und unterhalten uns, kochen zusammen und sind auch ab und an mal gemeinsam in der Stadt unterwegs.
Da es hier eine relativ große Wohnküche mit zwei Sofas gibt, wird auch gern mal die ein oder andere WG Party gefeiert.
Im Innenhof des Hauses gibt es mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten, außerdem ist ein Keller mit Kellerabteil vorhanden wo z.B. Fahrrad abgestellt werden kann.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen DHL Shop, Netto, Lidl, Poco und einen Bäcker.
Erreichbar bin ich (Ulrike) jederzeit über Handy. Bevorzugt über Whatsapp.
