Sonniges, ruhiges Zimmer in schöner Altbauwohnung am Bischofsweg :)

Die Lage ist imho eine 10/10. Wir sind direkt gegenüber vom Alaunpark und damit direkt in einem der beliebtesten Viertel der Stadt, aber auch schnell in der Heide. Außerdem sind in direkter Umgebung diverse Spätis, Restaurants, die Schauburg, die vegane Fleischerei, Bioladen/Rewe etc. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, da die Trams 7, 8, und 13 3 Gehminuten entfernt sind. Man kommt also sehr schnell sowohl in Richtung Altstadt als auch zum Industriegelände. Außerdem ist man in 5 min am S-Bahnhof Bischofsplatz.

The location is a 10/10 imho. We are living directly opposite to the Alaunpark and therefore right in the middle of one of the most popular neighbourhoods in the city, but also very close to the Heide (forest). There are also various Spätis, restaurants, the Schauburg, the vegan butcher, organic food shop/Rewe etc. in the immediate vicinity. The connection is very good, as the trams 7, 8 and 13 are a 3-minute walk away. Therefore, you can get to the old town and the industrial area (for partying) very quickly. You can also reach the Bischofsplatz S-Bahn station in 5 minutes.

Wir sind Liv und Nora und suchen für unser Zuhause einen neuen Mitmenschen. Wir wohnen beide schon länger in Dresden, Nora seit 4 Jahren, Liv seit 3 Jahren, wobei Nora schon seit einem Jahr in der Wohnung lebt und Liv im Dezember dazugezogen ist. Wir sind 27 und 28 und relativ frisch mit dem Studium fertig.
Nora gönnt sich gerade eine kleine Auszeit beim Reisen nach Georgien und beginnt danach ihren neuen Job als Gewerkschaftssekretärin. Das passt ganz gut, da sie sich in ihrer Freizeit gern gewerkschaftlich und politisch engagiert. Wenn Sie nicht gerade beim Streik oder auf einer Demo rumhängt, genießt sie es aber auch sehr gemeinsam in der WG rumzuhängen, zu kochen und ist für jeden Spaß zu haben. Außerdem ist sie eine leidenschaftliche Tanzmaus.
Liv promoviert seit letztem Jahr an der TUD in kognitiven Neurowissenschaften. Sie fühlt sich aber immernoch ein bisschen wie ein Studi und freut sich über die flexiblen Arbeitszeiten :D Sie geht sehr gerne reisen und feiern, ihr ist aber auch eine entspannte (gemeinsame) Base zuhause wichtig, zum Zocken (gern auch zusammen), Lesen, Malen etc. Sie baut sich auch gerade einen Shrimptank.
Wir kannten uns beide schon vor dem Zusammenwohnen und gehen am Wochenende gerne mal zusammen feiern ins Industriegelände, auf Kollektivparties etc. und unter der Woche mal einen trinken oder chillen gemeinsam in der Küche. :) Andere Menschen sind hier auch sehr willkommen. Nur unter der Woche spät abends sollte es wegen der Arbeit ein bisschen leiser sein. Ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang und eine gute, offene Kommunikation sind uns sehr wichtig und die haben wir mittlerweile auch ganz gut etabliert. Wir geben uns auch mal Space, wenn bei jemandem gerade viel los ist. Bzgl. Sauberkeit sind wir nicht super pedantisch, achten aber schon darauf, dass Bad und Küche einmal die Woche geputzt werden (daher auch ein Putzplan) und es einfach immer schön wohnlich bleibt.

Hey :)

We are Liv and Nora, looking for a new flatmate for our home. We have both lived in Dresden for some time now, Nora for 4 years, Liv for 3 years, whereby Nora has been living in the flat for a year and Liv moved in in December. We are 27 and 28 and have just finished university.
Nora is currently taking a little break by travelling to Georgia and then starting her new job as a labor union secretary. It's a good fit, as she likes to get involved in labor union and political activities in her free time. When she's not on strike or at a demonstration, she also enjoys hanging out in her flat share, cooking and having fun. She is also a passionate dancer.
Liv is doing her doctorate in cognitive neuroscience at the TUD since last year. She still feels a bit like a student and is happy about the flexible working hours :D She loves travelling and partying, but a relaxed (shared) base at home is also important to her, for gaming (feel free to join), reading, painting, etc.. She is also currently building a shrimp tank.
We knew each other before we started living together and like to go partying together at the weekend in the industrial area, at collective parties etc. and have a drink or chill out together in the kitchen during the week. :) Other people are also very welcome here. It should only be a little quieter late at night during the week because of work. Respectful behaviour and good, open communication are very important to us and we have now established this quite well. We also give each other space when someone is busy. We're not super pedantic when it comes to cleanliness, but we do make sure that the bathroom and kitchen are cleaned once a week (hence the cleaning schedule) and that it's always nice and cosy.

Das Zimmer ist zwar schon ab dem 15.04. frei, es ist aber auch kein Problem, wenn Du erst im Mai oder Juni/Juli einziehst :)

Wir suchen primär nach männlichen Mitbewohnern, aber nicht ausschließlich, es muss einfach viben ;)
