Hallo,
Da ich die Stadt wechsel, muss ich mein kleines, aber feines Zimmer aufgeben. Die Lage der dreier WG (wovon bisher nur Arturo wohnen bleibt) ist optimal; direkt am Albertplatz gelegen, kommt man überall schnell hin und kann abends gepflegt feiern gehen.
Von den 8 qm würde ich mich nicht abschrecken lassen, da die WG über ein großes Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer mit Balkon (Blick auf den Albertplatz vom 6. Stock aus!!!) verfügt und so schon für gesellige Runden oder einfach nur gammeln einlädt. ^^
