Hallo ihr Suchenden =)
unsere Mitbewohnerin Moni zieht zum Juli aus und wir suchen Verstärkung für die WG. Das Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhof und ist sehr ruhig. Die WG ist super ausgestattet, also braucht ihr nur noch mit guter Laune einziehen!
Ich ziehe am 4. Juni aus und Astrid zieht auch zum Juli aus. Also wenn du mit Freunden die WG übernehmen willst oder eine WG neuGründen möchtest bist du hier an der richtigen Adresse.
Da sie die Hauptmieterin ist, kommt eine Untermiete leider nicht in Frage, so dass ein Miterwechsel vollzogen werden muss. Aber die Verwaltung ist da immer sehr entspannt.
Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle in der Nähe.
Die Elbe ist nur 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zimmer hat 2 helle Fenster und ist zur Straße hin gelegen.
Die Neustadt ist zu fuß etwa 15min. entfernt und mit dem Rad keine 5min.
Späti und Klubs gibt es auch genügend.
Ich beantworte gern eure Fragen per e-Mail, da ich aber gerade im Uni-Stress bin, wäre es toll, wenn ihr mir keine Romane schickt. Schreibt mir einfach wann ihr vorbeikommen wollt und wir besprechen dann in Ruhe alles.
