Hello guests in Dresden,
(ich schreibe hier in Englisch, weil ich Leute aus anderen Ländern auch willkommen heiße)
Currently my bellevue room is vacant for your stay in Dresden:
* for min. 2 days, max. the 1 week
* 14 m² nicely furnished with large bed couch (futon style), desk, shelf, 2nd sofa
* de-stressing, wide vista over garden plot green into the western setting sun
* some of my work things stay there, and I need to access them on some days
Quiet and vivid surrounding in Hecht quarter:
* In the parallel streets are some food shops, bakeries, restaurants, [vegan] bistros, cafés, little parks, art galleries, an active theatre ruin,... most people walk or cycle here.
* 12 min to walk into the *Neustadt*, which is full of subculture
* 18 min to walk from railway station Dresden-Neustadt (this is not main station, but EC, ICE and airport-S trains stop here, too)
* Trams 7,8,13, Bus 64 nearby, which run directly to *Altstadt* and Elbe river.
You would share the little appartment with me, Ingo, a cheerful, open minded, musical German individualist over 40y, grown up in Berlin, for >10y in Dresden, peaceful and friendly.
The apartment:
* solely for non-smokers!
* animals: no dogs, no crocodiles, yes cats
* fully equipped kitchen with dining table
* renovated old building from 1900, modern heating and bathroom
* Wi-Fi and LAN cable, landline telephone
Conditions
==========
* costs 20Eur/day or 70-120Euro/week/person (give what you like), incl. heating, electricity, internet, washing machine, TV license fee
* deposit 150Eur for some days, or 250Eur for some weeks, you get this back after your stay
* cleaning costs 15Eur after some days, or 20Eur/week; or:
* if you want to save money, you can do the cleaning together with me, this includes kitchen and bathroom.
* bicycle available for 15Euro/week
