Ein schönes Dachgeschosszimmer sucht eine nette, aufgeschlossene Bewohnerin. Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Bis zum Zentrum braucht man mit dem Bus 8min. An der Bushaltestelle die gerade einmal einen Katzensprung entfernt ist fahren die Linien 62, 63 und 85. Die S-Bahn fährt auch gleich um die Ecke ab(Station: Plauen).
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hier ideal. Es gibt einen Lidl, Blumenladen, Bioladen, Frisör und alles was man so braucht.
Für einen Spaziergang oder sportliche Aktivitäten ist ein großer Park mit einem schönen Blick über Dresden unweit entfernt.
