Das Zimmer hat zwar nur 7m² es ist aber ein Hochbett drin und somit noch Platz für viele andere Sachen. Es steht noch ein Schrank vom Vormieter drin den du optional nutzen kannst.
Wir wohnen super zentral und haben in alle Richtungen gute Verkehrsanbindung. Vor der Haustür fährt die 66, 61, 63 und 85.
Ungefähr 3-4 min Gehweg entfernt ist der Wasaplatz wo die 9 und 13 Fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch alle in der nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar.Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 7min, zur Uni 3 min und in die Neustadt fährt man 17min.
In unserer WG sind wir nicht nur Mitbewohner sondern auch Freunde. Das sollte auch dir wichtig sein. Wir sitzen oft zusammen kochen, quatschen oder feiern. Auch im Haus herrscht ein angenehmes Miteinander da nur WG´s in den Wohnungen sind. Natürlich gibt auch Zeiten in denen alle beschäftigt sind und man sich nicht so oft sieht. Alles in allem ein guter Mix.
