Bieten ein ruhiges Zimmer mit 17qm in super 4er WG in Striesen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock in einem wunderschönen teilsanierten Altbau. Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der Südseite Richtung Innenhof (man hört also keinen Straßenlärm). Es ist teilweise möbliert, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und ein kleines Regal können auf Wunsch kostenfrei übernommen werden.

We offer a quiet room with 17sqm in an awesome shared apartment with 4 flat mates in Striesen. The apartment is located on the 4th floor (German style counting) in a beautifully remodeled old building. The room has south side and directed towards the courtyard (you can't hear any traffic noise). It is partially furnished. If you want it is possible to take over a desk, a wardrobe and a small shelf.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Mitte von Striesen. Die Verkehrsanbindung zum Rest der Stadt ist super. Wenige Meter vom Haus befindet sich eine Haltestelle von der man in 30min an der Uni oder in der Neustadt, und in 15min am Hauptbahnhof ist. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 20min in der Neustadt. Es befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (unter anderem Verbrauchergemeinschaft) gleich um die Ecke, sogar zwei Spätshops.

The apartment is situated in the middle of Striesen. Transport connection to the rest of the city is great. The next public transport station is only a few meters away from which the university or
Neustadt can be reached in 30 minutes, and the main station in 15min. By bicycle Neustadt is only 20 minutes away. There are several grocery stores in the neighborhood. There are even two "late shops".
Deine drei neuen Mitbewohner sind Anja (Apothekerin), Georg (Lokomotivführer) und Kosta (studiert Nanotechnologie). Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt. Jeder kann wie er will. Wenn Zeit ist, treffen wir uns in der Küche und kochen zusammen oder frühstücken gemeinsam am Wochenende. Wir haben einen sehr guten Draht zu den Nachbar-WGs, so dass wir uns auch mal zum Spieleabend treffen. Gelegentlich schauen wir uns auch mal einen Film zusammen an. Außerdem haben wir es in der Wohnung gern relativ sauber. Es wäre schön, wenn du auch darauf achten würdest.

Your three new flat mates are Anja (pharmacist), Georg (train driver) and Kosta (studies nanotechnology). The live in the shared apartment is relaxed. Everybody can as they like. If there is time we meet in the kitchen and cook together or have long breakfasts on weekends. We are very good connected to the neighboring shared apartments. Sometimes we have mutual board games night. Sometimes we also watch a movie together.
