Ich muss während der Diplomarbeit leider mein schönes Zimmer hier in Dresden zurücklassen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußweg-Reichweite (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Konsum, 4x Bäcker). Enorme Ruhe da das Fenster in den "Hof" zeigt. Nur wenige Gehminuten (max. 10min) zu den Linien 3,61,62 und 8. (Die 3 fährt die ganze Nacht :-) ). Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Uni/ Mensa sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.
Das Zimmer ist momenten voll möbliert (Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regal) und könnte so für die Zeit übernommen werden. Bin mir noch nicht sicher ob ich das Schlafsofa mitnehmen muss. Daher gibt es das vorerst nur eventuell. 14qm klingt klein aber der Schnitt des Zimmer lässt es viel größer wirken. Bilder folgen demnächst oder spontan auf Anfrage.
