Hallo WG-Suchende,
wir suchen für unser freiwerdendes 12m²-Zimmer eine (n) neue (n) Mitbewohner/in. Bisher besteht unsere 3er-WG aus Mario (24, Student) und Jeanette (23, Studentin).
Das Zimmer ist ruhig und am Nachmittag sonnig gelegen. Außerdem sind schon ein Hochbett und ein Schreibtisch vorhanden und können vom Vormieter kostenfrei übernommen werden.
Kurze Eckdaten deiner zukünftigen Umgebung:
- geniale Lage direkt am Nürnberger Ei
- nur 5 Min. zu Fuß bis zur Uni und in 15 Min. ins Zentrum
- Straßenbahn 3 & 8 (zum Zentrum, Bahnhof oder in die Neustadt) und Bus 61 direkt vor der Haustür
- Supermarkt, Bäcker, Fleischer und sonstige Läden um die Ecke
Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene, kommunikative WG, die abends gern auch mal zusammen sitzt, spielt oder kocht. Natürlich kannst Du Dich jederzeit in deine eigenen vier Wände zurückziehen, wenn Dir danach ist.
Putzpläne suchst Du in unserer WG vergebens, weil jeder in Eigeninitiative mal den Wischmop in die Hand nimmt.
