Ich mache ein Praktikumssemester und muss Dresden für eine Weile verlassen. Das möblierte Zimmer ist 15 Quadratmeter groß mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, also perfekt um schön in Dresden anzukommen. Die Warmmiete beträgt 400€ und da ist alles inklusive. Die helle Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße daher ist es meistens ruhig.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr zentrale Lage und man ist schnell im Zentrum. Die Straßenbahn bahn 1 ist 2 min zu Fuß entfernt, außerdem sind die Bahnen 2,6 und 10 sowie der Bus nr.68 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele zu Fuß: 2 min Netto, 5 min Rewe, 8 min Aldi+Lidl+DM

Du wirst mit Anton zusammenleben, er ist 23 und studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik an der TU.
Er fährt gerne lange Touren mit dem Rennrad und ist auch sonst für jegliche sportliche Aktivität zu haben. Abseits davon kann man auch wunderbar mit ihm zusammen in der Küche einen Kaffee trinken oder Kochabende veranstalten. :)

In der Wohnung wird auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung Acht gegeben, also solltest du das auch wichtig finden. Es gibt auch eine kleine Abstellkammer im Dachboden.
