Nach mittlerweile einigen Jahren WG- Erfahrung wird das Zimmer mit ca. 16qm zum 01.06.24 frei. Es kann entweder möbliert oder leer vermietet werden. Die große Küche mit überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung gehört , wie auch das angrenzende Esszimmer mit zum Mietpreis.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dreieck zwischen Färberstraße, Karolingerplatz und dem Knotenpunkt Bilk-S. Von dort ist so ziemlich alles unkompliziert erreichbar. Über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten muss man wohl nichts sagen, es ist alles notwendige (und mehr) in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden. Der 70 Hektar große Südpark ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, genau wie die Uni- Klinik und die Mitsubishi Electric Halle.
Ich bin Rudolf, Bj. '61 und arbeite in Düsseldorf.
Dadurch, dass ich die meiste Zeit (9-20 Uhr) arbeite, habe ich alleine nicht mehr den Bedarf für eine komplette Wohnung in der Größe, möchte aber auch ungern umziehen.
Ich bin, wenn ich denn mal da bin, recht unkompliziert und wünsche mir eine/n ebenfalls halbwegs ruhigen, entspannten Mitbewohner/in, der die wilde Zeit schon hinter sich gelassen hat.
