Drei der zu vermietenden Zimmer liegen im Obergeschoss wo sich auch der Gemeinschaftsbereich befindet.
Ein weiteres Zimmer liegt Parterre.
Zum Haus gehört eine schöne zum Teil überdachte Terasse mit Bar und ein grosser Garten.

The common area includes a large living room with adjoining kitchen and a bathroom in each floor. Three of rentals rooms are on the upper floor where there is also the communal area. Another room is on the ground floor. Located on a beautiful partly covered terrace with a bar and a large garden. Parking spaces and a garage are available on request. Also, there is a laundry machine including a dryer in the basement. The bus station is just 2 mins away (walking) and the train station is 10 mins away (walking) by s bahn just 8 mins to Dusseldorf main train station. I am looking to make a very friendly multicultural environment, through gathering nice people. Please call rather than email.
