Ich plane mein 19 m2 großes Zimmer in der Nähre vom Hauptbahnhof in Düsseldorf aufzugeben. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Ein Queen Size Bett, 3 kleine Schränke, ein Schreibtisch und ein Regal sind Bestandteile des Zimmers.
Ablösen sind aus meiner Sicht die reinste Erpressung. Keine Ablösesumme von meiner Seite jedoch Zahlung der vollen Kaution in Höhe von €500 (Wände sind nicht mehr ganz so schön wie sie vor 3 Jahren waren - streichen wäre sinnvoll).
Unmittelbare Nähe zum besten Supermarkt der Stadt (Edeka zur Heide) und nahe an der Altstadt. Zwar gibt es in dem Gebiet einige fragwürdige Personen aber man kommt super gut überall hin.
Wir verstehen uns gut aber Aktivitäten werden nur sporadisch miteinander unternommen. Leben und leben lassen ist das Motto. Keine Party - WG und es wird sehr darauf geachtet dass der Putzplan eingehalten wird und jeder sich wohl fühlt.
Mieter sollten länger als 6 Monate vor Ort bleiben.
