Hello people, I am sadly leaving düsseldorf and I need to find a replacement tenant for my room, the room is super big and spacious, it can easily fit a couch and tv setup, plus a dresser, plus a home office set in addition to your normal bedroom needs like a bed and closet etc, the kitchen is brand spanking new, and it has all you need from a fridge to a oven to plenty of cabin spaces all brand new and of great quality, the bathroom is also super nice, very classy and modern and also very decorative, honestly dont know what other words to use to describe a bathroom, its good hahahahaa.
the apartments location is very nice and convenient, its less than a 2 min walk from the S-bahn, tram and bus stations, the rhine and down town are 10 min walk, and everything you need from cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and banks are all close by, walking distance away.
the apartment has one flat mate his name is Alex, hes a nice guy very calm and easy going loves to talk and go out every now and then and is generally a really good guy
the room came unfurnished and i got all the stuff i would like to sell it, so just a heads up :P.
