Ihr Zimmer ist ca. 21 qm groß und mit einem Oberlicht auf der Ostseite sehr lichtdurchflutet. Das Zimmer ist Komplett möbliert. (Bett, Kleiderschrank, 3 * Sofa und Stuhl, klein Tisch, Teppich).
1. Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit Einbauküche und Waschmaschine.
2. Der Warmmieter ist 430€ (inklusiv Storm und Internet).
3. Anmeldung ist verfügbar
4. Einzugstermin ist 15. Mai oder später. Wir werden nach der Diskussion entscheiden.
5. Kaution ist 1200€. Ratenzahlung ist möglich
Das Haus ist neu saniert und sehr modern. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gut EBK. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG. Das Zimmer, welches du übernehmen kannst, hat ein großes Fenster, einen Laminatboden.
Der Duisburger Hauptbahnhof ist nur 7 Minuten vom Zug entfernt. Die wohnung ist ganz in der Nähe zu Reheinhausen Bahnhof und es gibt zu viele Verbindung nach HBF und Düsseldorf.
Bus und Bahn haltstelle ist ganz in der nähe.
Zu finden ist hier eigentlich so gut wie alles. In der Nähe gibt es jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, ALDI, Netto, LIDL, etc), welche gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind und auch die Bahn 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
FitnessStudio ist nur 3 km entfernt.
Ich bin dein Mitbewohner. Bin Informatiker und bin sehr Freundlich :).

Your room is about 21 sqm and is nicely flooded with light with a skylight to the east side. It has large windows and laminate flooring.
1. The room is fully furnished with a Bed, a wardrobe, sofa, a small table and a chair.
2. The apartment is fully furnished with a Kitchen and washing machine.
3. The warm rent is 430€ (electricity and internet included)
4. City registration is available.
5. The move in date is May 15th or later. This can be discussed.
6. The deposit is 1200€ that can be paid in installments.
The apartment is newly renovated and very modern. The apartment has a well-fitted kitchen and the washing machine. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.
To be here is actually as good as everything. Nearby there are many shopping facilities (Penny, ALDI, Netto, LIDL, etc), which are within easy walking distance, and also the train is 2 minutes away on foot.
Duisburg Main station is 6 minutes from the apartment on the train. Gym is only 3 km from the apartment.
The center of the apartment is a living room and a kitchen. Here on the weekends, we can have a sitting or in the balcony in the evenings, to have cooking and have a drink.
I will be your flatmate and am very friendly. I appreciate respect and privacy. I like to share the apartment with some one who is friendly :)
