Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. August frei, da meine WG und ich gemeinsam ausziehen werden. Da unser Vermieter sich im Ausland befindet und erst Ende Februar nächsten Jahres zurück kommen wird, steht das Haus in dieser Zeit zur Verfügung, um möglicherweise wieder eine WG daraus zu machen.
Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer, die jeweils einzeln vermietet werden können, ein Wohn- und Essbereich, eine Küche, ein Bad, ein Gäste-WC und einen Abstellraum im Keller, sowie eine Waschküche. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über zwei Balkone und zwei kleinere Gärten.
Die Küche, die auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, wird im Haus bleiben, wenn das gewünscht ist. Sie verfügt über eine Spülmaschine, Herd und Backofen und über eine Kühl- und Gefrierkombination. Die restlichen Möbel werden wir mitnehmen, allerdings besteht die Möglichkeit das Haus mit den Möbeln des Vermieters teileweise zu möblieren.

The room will be available from August 1st, as my flatmates and I will move out together. Since our landlord is abroad and will not come back until the end of February next year, the house is available during this time to possibly make it a shared flat again. There are 4 bedrooms, each of which can be rented individually, a living and dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest toilet and a storage room in the basement, as well as a laundry room. In addition, the house has two balconies and two smaller gardens. The kitchen, which can be seen in the pictures, will remain in the house if desired. It has a dishwasher, stove and oven and a fridge-freezer. The rest of the furniture we will take with us, but there is the possibility to partially furnish the house with the furniture of the landlord.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Stadtteil Mannheim-Friedrichsfeld, wo sich u.a. ein Supermarkt und Bäckereien befinden. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell in Mannheim oder Heidelberg, da hier die Haltestellen von verschiedenen S-Bahnlinien, Regionalzügen, aber auch der Straßenbahnlinie 5 in der Nähe sind.

The house is located in a quiet area, but you are in a few minutes walk in the district of Mannheim-Friedrichsfeld, where there is a supermarket and bakeries, among other things. By public transport you can quickly reach Mannheim or Heidelberg, as the stops of various S-Bahn lines, regional trains, but also tram line 5 are nearby.
