2 Zimmer in ansonsten voll ausgestatteter großer, heller Wohnung zu vermieten an eine Person für 400€ warm. Zur Wohnung gehören ein großer und ein kleiner Balkon, Bad mit Badewanne sowie ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Das kleinere der beiden Zimmer wird mit Bett und Kleiderschrank vermietet, das andere Zimmer unmöbiliert. Zimmer 2 verfügt über einen Kabelanschluss sowie eigene Balkontüre.
Die Lage ist ortsmittig, Bushaltestelle ca. 3 Minuren entfernt, zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gute Anbindung nach Ulm, zudem liegt Thalfingen auf der Zugstrecke nach Ellwangen
Die Wohnung wird von mir selbst (weibl., 26 J., angehende Referendarin), meinem Hund und meiner Katze bewohnt. Küche etc sind voll ausgestattet und natürlich kann alles mitbenutzt werden.
Ich suche nach einem eher ruhigen Mitbewohner oder einer Mitbewohnerin, durch die Tiere ist die Wohnung als Party-WG ungeeignet.
