Hallo nettes kleines Zimmer mit Schrank und Bett zu vergeben. Aus dem Fenster kann ich gerade die Alpen sehen. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten.
Das Zimmer ist nach süden orientiert und somit hell und freundlich. Da das Zimmer nur 10qm passt doch alles gut rein. Abzugeben ist ein Schrank auf Rollen und ein Bettgestell mit Matratze 1,0m x 2,0m. für 150.-€
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Wohnhaus ist mit Grünflächen umgeben. Gril möglichkeiten bestehen In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Biergärten, Spielplätze, und in die Untere Hauptstrasse sind es zu Fuß 5-10 Min. Zur
Uni mit dem Fahrad 10-15 Min.
Supermärkte, Discounter, kleine Läden sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Biergärten und Cafes sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Sport Möglichkeiten: Tanzen, Yoga, usw. in der Stadt.
Wie verstehen uns gut und suchen eine offene Person die gut mit in die WG passt, und mit einem kleinen Zimmer auskommt und am WG leben teilnimmt. Wir kochen ab und zu zusammen. Jeder hat auch sein eigenen Platz im Regal und im Kühlschrank.
Und wie in jeder WG gibt es auch einen Putzplan.
