Das Zimmer liegt im ersten Stock. Durch den begehbaren Kleiderschrank bietet es viel Platz. Badezimmer und Toilette befinden sich auf demselben Stockwerk. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, in der Küche stehen dem Mieter eigene Schränke und Schubladen mit Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfen und Pfannen zur Verfügung. Nebenkosten sind nur in den Theoriephasen zu zahlen, sie entfallen in den Praxisphasen ganz. In den Nebenkosten sind enthalten: Müllgebühren, Heizung (Gaszentralheizung), Mitbenutzung des Gartens, Abstellmöglichkeit für Kfz und Fahrrad, Nutzung von WLAN und Schnurlostelefon (Flatrate), Sat-Anschluss im Zimmer.
Der Bahnhof ist nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, der Radweg nach Mosbach führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Infrastruktureinrichtungen vor Ort (Bäcker, Metzger, Edeka, Apotheke, Postfiliale, Bankfiliale, Tankstelle, Friseur) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es im Ort eine Hausarztpraxis, Zahnärzte, Kfz-Werkstätten und Gaststätten.
Das Haus wird insgesamt nur von 3 Studentinnen/Studenten bewohnt.
