Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert (Bett, Kommode, Regal, Schreibtisch inkl. Stuhl) und hat 2 große Fenster.
Der industrielle Stil der Wohnung macht sich auch hier sichtbar sowie hohe Decken.
Die WG befindet sich im Norden von Eppelheim, Industriegebiet. Ruhige Lage direkt am Feld und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, DM) direkt vor der Tür. Zur S-Bahn, die direkt in das Stadtzentrum von Heidelberg fährt, ist in ca. 12 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus (kostenlos)
Bisher stellt sich die WG ausschließlich aus Studenten zusammen. Wir sind alle sehr offen und für jeden Spaß zu haben. Gerne kocht man was zusammen oder sitzt in einer gemütlichen Runde. Hier ist natürlich keiner verpflichtet dabei zu sein, jeder wie er es mag. Eine harmonische Stimmung ist uns allerdings sehr wichtig.
