Hallo Zusammen,
wir sind auf der Suche nach einem/einer weiteren Mitbewohner/in ab dem 01.06. 2022 ungefähr in unserem Alter.
Wir sind zu dritt: zwei Jungs und ein Mädchen. Außerdem haben wir eine sehr liebevolle und verschmuste Hündin. Wir spielen alle 3 Handball, sind sonst auch sportlich aktiv, unkompliziert und unternehmungslustig. Wir arbeiten Vollzeit oder sind im Studium in handwerklichen und sozialen Berufen.
Wir haben in Erftstadt Gymnich eine WG in einem großen Haus mit Hof und Scheune gegründet.
Das zur Verfügung stehende Zimmer ist 25 qm groß und hat zur Straße und zum Hof hin Fenster. Es gibt eine große gemeinsame Küche und einen Wohnraum im Erdgeschoss. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt im Monat ca. 350€
Da es sich um eine neue WG handelt, kann der Betrag für die Warmkosten noch leicht abweichen.
