Wir suchen ab Mitte Juni für unser drittes WG-Zimmer eine neue Mitbewohnerin, da unsere bisherige Mitbewohnerin auszieht. Allerdings steht das Auszugsdatum noch nicht genau fest, es könnte sich also noch ein paar Wochen nach hinten schieben ;)
Über die genauen Daten bezüglich Ein- und Auszug können wir gerne auch noch sprechen.
Das Zimmer ist mit 12 m2 nicht besonders groß, es passt aber alles Notwendige rein und man hat einen schönen Blick auf das Dichterviertel und den Dom.
Ansonsten haben wir in unserer Wohnung noch ein großes Wohnzimmer, das zum Verweilen einlädt, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und ein Küche, die mit jedem Schnick Schnack, den man sich vorstellen kann, ausgestattet ist. Sogar eine Spülmaschine gibt es.
Außerdem gehört zu dem Haus ein Garten, den wir mitbenutzen können und in dem sogar eine Grillmöglichkeit besteht.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our third shared room from mid-June, as our current flatmate is moving out. However, the move-out date has not yet been decided on, so it could be a few weeks later ;)
We can discuss the exact dates for moving in and out in person.
The room is not particularly large at 12 m2, but everything you need fits in and you have a nice view of the Dichterviertel and the cathedral.
Apart from that, we have a large living room in our flat that invites you to linger, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a kitchen that is equipped with all the bells and whistles you can imagine. There is even a dishwasher.
The house also has a garden, which we can use and where there is even a barbecue.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in der Löbervorstadt, weniger als 4 Minuten zu Fuß vom Steigerwald entfernt und damit sehr gut für Spaziergänge bei schönem Wetter. Die nächstgelegene Haltestelle der Tram ist 3 Minuten entfernt und bis zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man nur 6 Minuten. Außerdem kann man zur Universität direkt durchfahren. In Laufnähe der Wohnung befinden sich zudem ein TeGut und ein Netto, für den Wocheneinkauf ist also gesorgt. Und falls Du Dich sportlich betätigen möchtest, kannst du der nahegelegenen Boulderhalle austoben!

Our flat is located in Löbervorstadt, less than a 4-minute walk from the Steigerwald forest and therefore ideal for walks in fine weather. The nearest tram stop is 3 minutes away and the main railway station is only 6 minutes away. You can also drive straight through to the university. There is also a TeGut and a Netto supermarket within walking distance of the flat, so you can do your weekly shopping. And if you want to get active, you can let off steam in the nearby bouldering hall!
In der WG leben Antonia (27) und Janine (30), sowie Antonias Hund Benny (10) und Janines Katze Klopsi (3). Antonia studiert jetzt im sechsten Semester Rechtswissenschaften und Management und Janine macht ihren Master in Angewandter Linguistik. Benny studiert nicht, kann aber trotzdem ein paar Tricks. Und kuschelt sehr gerne mit seinen Lieblingsmenschen.
Wir ernähren uns alle vegan/vegetarisch, das wäre für dich natürlich kein Muss, ist für uns aber ganz praktisch, weil wir regelmäßig auch gemeinsam kochen. Außerdem haben wir einen schönen Garten, den wir diesen Sommer gern mehr nutzen würden, z.B. zum gemeinsamen Grillen. Generell haben wir noch nicht so viel von Thüringen gesehen, wie wir eigentlich wollten. Vielleicht hast Du ja Ideen für unseren nächsten Ausflug ;) Als Party-WG würden wir uns nicht beschreiben, haben aber trotzdem unseren Spaß.
Ansonsten ist es uns wichtig, dass Probleme direkt angesprochen werden und wir haben einen grundlegenden Putzplan, auch wenn der in der Prüfungsphase manchmal etwas zu kurz kommt. Solange es halbwegs sauber und ordentlich ist, sind wir eigentlich zufrieden und würden uns freuen, wenn du das ähnlich siehst.

Antonia (27) and Janine (30) live in the flat, together with Antonia's dog Benny (10) and Janine's cat Klopsi (3). Antonia is now in her sixth semester studying Law and Management and Janine is doing her Master's in Applied Linguistics. Benny is not studying, but can still do a few tricks. And loves cuddling with his favourite people.
We all eat a vegan/vegetarian diet, which wouldn't be a must for you, of course, but is very practical for us because we regularly cook together. We also have a lovely garden that we'd like to use more this summer, e.g. for barbecues together. In general, we haven't seen as much of Thuringia as we'd like to. Maybe you have some ideas for our next trip ;) We wouldn't describe ourselves as a party flat share, but we still have fun.
Apart from that, it's important to us that problems are addressed directly and we have a basic cleaning plan, even if it sometimes falls a little short during the exam phase. As long as it's reasonably clean and tidy, we're actually happy and would be delighted if you feel the same way.
