Hallo, ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner bzw einer Mitbewohnerin. Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt nicht wie groß das Zimmer in qm2 ist, musste aber etwas angeben, da es ein Pflichtfeld war.
Zur Wohnung selbst: Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt am Markt mit einer großen Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern inkl. einem Abstellraum, liegt im 1.Stock und ist 80qm2 groß. Sie ist komplett möbliert, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, lediglich das freie Zimmer müsste eingerichtet werden. Die Warmmiete beträgt 445 Euro pro Person.
Zu mir: Ich bin 25 Jahre alt und studiere momentan. Ich habe einen Hund, der aber nur sehr selten in der Wohnung ist. Das ist mit dem Vermieter natürlich abgesprochen, allerdings kommen Personen, die keine Hunde mögen oder Angst vor ihnen haben, nicht in Frage.
