Du hast die auswahl zwischen 2 Zimmern.
Das Wohnzimmer oder das Zimmer neben meinen.
Ich habe das kleinste Zimmer der Wohnung und dort bleibe ich wahrscheinlich auch weil ich es mir ganz gemütlich eingerichtet habe und gut damit klar komme.^^
Die Blöcke sind in einer guten Lage.
Zu Fuß brauch man 10-15 minuten zum Bhf und mit Fahrrad noch schneller.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt.
Ansonsten wohnt man direkt neben einen Lidl.
Wenn man Probleme mit Friedhöfen hat dann ist die Lage schlecht.
Direkt nebenan ist einer, doch dort stehen viele Bäume und es wirkt eher wie ein Wald.

ich bin Alex und bin 21. Ich bin der baldige Mieter meiner Wohnung weil meine Mutter auszieht.
Ich suche jemanden der mir die Betriebskosten halbiert also miete und so weiter.
Selber bin ich ein recht entspannter und offener Typ und suche Natürlich jemand der ungefähr genau so tickt, oder kurz gesagt man muss halt zusammen klar kommen.
Ich bin niemand der groß Regeln aufstellt. Es werden dort Regeln aufgestellt wo wir beide es für nötig halten.
Selber bemühe ich mich gerade um einen Studienplatz und gehe nebenbei ab und zu Abreiten.
